On one of our maintenance club visits, we found a manufacturer defect in one of the heaters that was almost out of warranty. We were able to push it through warranty as a preferred warranty provider/partner and get them a brand new heater at no cost to them. If they didn’t join the maintenance plan or started a couple months later they would have been out of warranty and out of luck!
