Laced up in my husband’s brand, grabbed my cup + holster, and got the work done.

The message on the screen said “stop being lazy and go workout‼️”… but honestly that message was for ME 😂

Sometimes I have to remind myself that I have a beautiful backyard that I should be taking advantage of every single day, and I’m grateful for it.

Sometimes you just need to step outside, move your body, and soak up that vitamin D.
