Instead, let's focus on creating a world where we don't have to constantly prove our resilience in the face of adversity. Treating Black women better means addressing the root causes of inequality and discrimination, advocating for fair opportunities, and amplifying our voices and experiences.
It's about recognizing our worth, acknowledging our contributions, and ensuring that we are respected and valued in every aspect of society.

For as long as I can remember, i've always been the "strong one"; the person everyone turns to in times of need, the one who holds it all together in spite of, the listening ear, the one who endlessly pours into others, the fixer. But you know what, even the strongest among us need to set boundaries and prioritize our own well-being. It's not easy, but I've realized that putting myself first isn't selfish; it's necessary for my own personal growth, mental health, and internal happiness.
SO, i’m just here to whisper a kind reminder for you to start building up the courage to say NO when needed, to prioritize YOU first, to prioritize self-care without guilt, and to embrace the journey of putting yourself first. And remember, it's okay to be strong and vulnerable at the same time. Let's empower each other to set boundaries and prioritize our own needs. You're worth it Queen 👑🌹 ALWAYS!!!
