RIA Cares for a Greener Tomorrow! 🌱💚

Some initiatives go beyond activities and become experiences that truly stay with you.

The RIA Pune team recently came together for a Tree Plantation & Hill Cleaning Drive in collaboration with the Pune Municipal Corporation — transforming an early morning into a shared effort towards building a cleaner, greener environment for everyone. 🌍

From cleaning the hill area and collecting waste to planting saplings that will continue to grow for years to come, every action reflected one common purpose: leaving the space better than we found it.

RIA also contributed grass cutters and water/fertilizer sprayers to support the continued care and maintenance of these green spaces.

This initiative holds special meaning through the vision of Sameer Khetarpal, whose commitment towards meaningful community impact continues to inspire long-term value for society and the environment alike.

With the support and coordination of Sameer Deo, India Country Head, the initiative came together as a collective effort driven by shared responsibility and purpose.

A special thanks to Dinesh Mathwad, Pune Corporator, for his support in bringing this initiative together and helping make the drive a meaningful community effort towards a greener Pune.

The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees, showcasing the power of teamwork and collective responsibility beyond the workplace.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pune Municipal Corporation and all the "Mhatoba Sevak Sangh" volunteers who made this initiative possible.

RIA India lights up the world! ✨

From Pune to Trivandrum and everywhere in between, our India teams brought the spirit of Diwali to life — a celebration of light, joy, and new beginnings that resonates across our RIA family worldwide.

Here’s a glimpse of the incredible energy, dazzling lights, and shared laughter from our regional offices in India. Diwali is more than a festival; it’s a universal reminder that good triumphs over evil, wherever we are.

Last week, the RIA Mexico team had the privilege of visiting Asilo San Sebastián, a senior home in Querétaro that provides care and companionship to more than 40 elderly residents.

The visit was profoundly moving for our team as they shared stories, food, and laughter through games and singing with the residents. Daily essentials and pantry goods were also donated, along with a karaoke machine for fun and enrichment.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff of Asilo San Sebastián for the compassion and dedication, and to the RIA team for your generosity. This experience was a powerful reminder of the importance of giving back and the strength of community.
