One month to go.
What Now? From Autopilot to a Life You Choose is coming June 16.
This book is about possibility and the small shifts that can help us live a brighter, more intentional life.
Inside, you’ll find stories, reflections, and practical tools to help you notice the subtle ways you may be drifting, reconnect with what matters, and begin moving toward a life with more clarity, purpose, and possibility.
Are you ready for your next chapter?
Sometimes it begins with a pause, a moment of reflection, and one small step forward.
Coming June 16.

It’s impossible,” said pride.
“It’s risky,” said the experience.
“It’s pointless,” said reason.
“Give it a try” whispered the heart.
What holds you back? What helps you to move forward?

Life moves quickly. You stay busy and manage it all, yet something still feels missing.
This is the risk of living too much on autopilot.
My new article explores the signs of Autopilot Drift:
It occurs when life continues moving forward, but you no longer feel fully connected to where you are going or why.
If you have felt disconnected recently, this may resonate with you.

What Now Series #6: Signs That You Might Be in an Autopilot Drift There is nothing inherently wrong with being on autopilot. Autopilot often helps us manage routines, meet responsibilities, solve problems efficiently, and keep life moving.

Never underestimate your potential! - sometimes the limiting beliefs, fear, or the individual him/herself becomes the biggest barrier to success.

Many people say that 2020 was a malicious year, they are hopeful that it will pass soon in a few hour's time and the nightmare will be over.
As I reflect, it was a time to be paralyzed with fear, and yet also a time to slow down. It was also a period to reflect on our values. 2020 was the year of reconnection and a time to take a pause-reflect-plan for the future. We realized that we are more resilient than we think that we are. In 50 years, we will most likely reflect today and say that it was an important year that has triggered many positive changes.
A few days ago, one of my clients asked me; what were the themes I saw in 2020.
Many companies invested more than ever for their people's development and self-care. A good portion of my clients reflected a lot, where they are today, where they are going future. Many had shifted their approach either in their current role, being less self-focus, but serving more to others. Some of them started to search for new positions outside of their current company to impact others significantly. It was a year to reflect on diversity/ inclusion/ belonging. There was a lot of focus on healthy living, work-life balance, spending good quality time with the family and alternative work schedules, alternative new locations to work, and even relocation to new places and new cities.
In the end, yes, it was an unfortunate year, bringing to light that we may not be able to control everything in the midst of uncertainty and ambiguity. We learned that we might need to adjust our sails and go with the flow.
In the end, I am an optimist, seeing the glass full rather than empty. What did we learn in 2020 about humanity and ourselves? What are we committed to doing differently next year. Now that we passed through a training ground in 2020, what will we do differently in 2021; for ourselves, our family, friends, community, and humanity?
2021 will be the year to bring clarity and to set a new direction for the future. We all will be more resilient and adaptive, better than any previous years. The new year brings new hope, therefore joy, happiness, and peace.
I wish you all health, peace of mind, passion, work-life balance, new adventures, joy, love, wisdom, happiness, and embracing life.
Life is beautiful; life is a journey.
Happy New Year!
