FDA & CBP Seize $34M Worth of Illegal E-Cigarettes

Nearly 2 million units of unauthorized e-cigarette products were seized in Chicago, as part of a joint operation by the FDA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The illicit products—valued at nearly $33.8 million—were found in shipments mostly originating from China, disguised with vague descriptions to bypass U.S. regulations.
