There is a type of journaling I do called "Mind Dumping"✍🏽 I write down all my thoughts, feelings, ideas, and anything else that comes in mind before bed allowing me to release all the emotions built up throughout the day. New friendships and having someone push you further than you can imagine? YES PLEASE! I met a few months after the pandemic started in need of revamping my entire online platform.
