🚛 Combining partial loads is the key to keeping rates high while driving fewer miles.

In normal market conditions, a dedicated load for a non-CDL hotshot usually averages around $1.80–$2.20 per mile. But when you combine 2 or more loads going the same direction, rates can easily go over $3.00 per mile. 💰🔥

Smart load planning beats running cheap freight. ⚡

🚛 Tarping can be a pain sometimes 😅 — but making sure the freight arrives safely to the client always comes first.

We mostly haul general freight. Around 80% of our loads are strap-and-go, while the other 20% require proper tarping and extra securement. ⚡

Protect the freight. Protect the customer. 💪

🚛 Most freight is loaded and unloaded by the shipper or receiver using a forklift from the side.

That’s why one of the most practical setups for a non-CDL hotshot is a 40ft gooseneck trailer with pullout ramps. 💪

Mega ramps can be useful in certain situations, but for general freight they’re often just extra weight and overkill. ⚡
