Picking Strawberries… 🍓

Sometimes you have to go into the bushes to find the sweetest berries. They aren’t always out in the open for everyone to see. They grow quietly in the shade, covered by God’s creation—protected, nurtured, and sustained.

As I picked strawberries, I couldn’t help but think about how often God does the same with us. There are seasons when He allows us to grow away from the spotlight, hidden from public view, developing strength, character, and purpose beneath His covering.

What may look hidden is often being prepared.

Protected. Nurtured. Supported.

Until the appointed time when God selects us for something greater.

Don’t despise the season of being covered. The very place that feels hidden may be the place where God is producing the sweetest fruit in your life.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV)

🍓 The question is: Are you trusting God in the growing season, even when you’re hidden in the shade?

When God reveals who you are and the purpose He has for your life, there is a freedom that comes with it. The joy begins to overflow, and it becomes contagious to everyone around you.

For a season, I pulled back from posting. My phone is filled with exciting moments, answered prayers, and memories worth sharing, but I felt blocked. I didn’t want to create commotion or draw attention to myself. So, I stayed quiet.

But God…

He reminded me that walking in purpose is not about seeking attention—it’s about being obedient. He reminded me that my testimony, my journey, and the gifts He has entrusted to me were never meant to be hidden.

So, I am embracing this season with gratitude, confidence, and freedom. Not because everything is perfect, but because I know who I belong to and I trust the One who is directing my path.

Freedom looks good when you’re walking in purpose. ✨
