**Friday's Race Recap**

We survived the first night of racing, but it was marred by a disputable call that set us back. Starting the feature on the pole in a 27-car field, we were in a strong position. However, on lap 4, a competitor's car was pushed across our nose, causing it to spin and draw the caution. Despite the circumstances, our driver was penalized and sent to the rear of the field.

Even with this frustrating setback, our car performed well, and we managed to recover for a 15th-place finish. It wasn't the result we hoped for, but we're grateful for our crew and spotter—Dad, Mom, Shane, Kenny, Jaidyn, Jay, Addison, and Jimmy—who helped bring the car home in one piece.
