Picky eater? Adding greens to your smoothies first will get them all blended up and hidden from little eyes.
You can add a handful of spinach, lettuce, celery….or I like to add our favorite greens, Chemical Free Body Green 85!
For these three smoothie bowls, I added:
Nut milk (enough to blend, but not soupy
2 scoops vanilla protein
1-2 frozen bananas (cut into disks when freezing)
2 scoops of greens
BLEND then added
Lots of frozen strawberries
2 scoops of organic freeze dried berry blend
If soupy, add more frozen fruit. This needs to be thick.
Pour into bowls and top with anything you desire!
👌🏼I like to first layer chia seeds on top of the smoothie
Granola
Fruit
Drizzle with nut butter & maybe honey (if the smoothie is a little too green- this sweetens it up)
