IMPORTANT READ

After dedicating the better part of a decade to The Keystones, we’ve made the tough but needed decision to end the project we began as friends more than nine years ago. We’ve experienced just about everything together—from the incredible highs of playing sold out shows and supporting amazing acts to the lows of being broke, burnt out and tired while trying to make it. Bands demand a lot of their members, and the truth is that it’s tough to focus on other things—careers, relationships, family, mental health and other creative projects—when you’re giving it your all.

That said, we know we’ll be leaving the Milwaukee and Midwest music scenes in good hands. There are more incredible bands and musicians in our city than ever before, and your support is what allows them to keep playing and creating amazing art. Keep showing up and showing out for acts both new and old; they’re what keep this beautiful scene growing and moving.
With that said, we don’t currently have the resources to put on the Summerfest show you deserve—our apologies in advance to those who bought tickets. We hope you understand as we take the time to pivot and move forward.
