🧩 Therapist vs. Coach — What’s the Difference?

It’s a question I hear often, and it’s an important one — because while both are incredibly valuable, they serve different purposes.

💭 Therapy focuses on healing the past.
A therapist helps you process emotions, trauma, and experiences so you can find peace and understanding.

🚀 Coaching focuses on creating the future.
A coach helps you gain clarity, set aligned goals, and take purposeful action toward the life and career you want to build.

You don’t have to choose one over the other — in fact, many people benefit from both at different stages of their journey.

Think of it this way:
