Yesterday, we highlighted equitable Entrepreneurship and
P3's transformational experience with EY’s Entrepreneurs Access Network.

Here's a quote from Maura O'Neill, a distinguished teaching fellow at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, on the key to breaking barriers in the financial and social capital networks.

P3 is the Equity & Engagement Consultant for the City of Milwaukee Downtown Plan Update: Connec+ing MKE – Downtown Plan 2040.

Over the last year, P3 has worked with the City of Milwaukee and Downtown BID to convene a group of diverse residents to get critical input from underrepresented populations. Collectively, we have gotten participation from every zip code in our City. Last week, we had our final Community Council meeting where we provided updates and next steps.

We hope this equitable engagement process breaks down barriers and becomes a model for future planning efforts. Kudos to the City, the BID team and this excellent Community Planning Council!
