Welcome to PoloLab 👂🧠

We study hearing and multisensory development, with a focus on how the brain processes sound from the earliest stages of life. Our research uses tools like EEG to better understand how hearing develops!

Our goal is to help improve early detection of hearing loss and auditory differences, so children can access the sounds around them during critical stages of development.

On this page we will share research from our lab & participant opportunities! Follow along as we explore how the brain learns to hear.
