Sometimes you have to go back to your roots and remember where it all started.

This was one of the first items I recall grilling and was a staple in college life when friends/neighbors came over. Just burn them up a bit on the gasser and slap them on a bun that was more expensive than the actual meat.

Will make it up to the family tomorrow with a bit of surf and turf.
