We have a framework for our women’s retreats that we call our Tree Angel. Check it out.

When we first started facilitating retreats together we decided to combine our two business names as well as our two logos. So Nourish Healing Collective and WorkDeep Coaching became NourishDeep Retreats! And that’s when the “tree angel” began to take shape. It is our framework for how we view transformation. The roots…it’s about grounding you in your values, beliefs, and dreams. The trunk…holds three pathways to your spirit, your divine. We work with your physical, mental, and emotional ‘minds’ to open up barriers so you have a flow to your divine spirit. The crown…is you in divine energetic connection with self, with others and with the greater community. When you connect to your divine you make the world more whole.
