An unfortunate sequence of events led to the death of a 17 year old shot by a permit holder in Rochester, who is facing 2nd degree murder charges.

These 4 conditions must exist!

1. Reasonably in fear of death or great bodily harm.

2. Must be a reluctant participant / innocent party.

3. No lesser force will suffice to stop the threat / use of force must be a last resort.

4. Must have no reasonable means of retreat.

2nd Degree Murder Charge Following Shooting of Rochester Teen 25-year-old Alexander Weiss is set to be arraigned at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Olmsted County Court on a felony charge of second-degree murder.
