There is something incredibly special about taking ruins and reviving them with new life, yet keeping the charm and story of a home like this intact. Our Ridgefield project is officially on the market and already has a showing today! At Built In Purpose the dream has always been to RESTORE, and do it intentionally. To REVIVE, and do it with integrity. To RENOVATE, but do it with attention to detail. To bring a home ALIVE again with PURPOSE. The world is obsessed with new new new everything. New clothes, new builds, new cars. Our philosophy is that there’s so much existing beauty in the world already, sometimes you just have to take a second look. Or in this case, take a second chance on a home that was in ruins, but now has been revived in all her glory!

On this perfect October day 🍂 our Ridgefield project sits in all her moody beauty. Here is the final transformation from day one to completion. Tomorrow you’ll begin to see her story from the interior. We’ve fallen in love with this one that we took a big chance with but just like any other project, they all come to an end. Her story will live on with the perfect home owners soon. More to come on what has been keeping us so busy!
