Sourdough donut, first one out… not too shabby! 🙂 already know what tweaks will be next time!
My goal is Amish donuts! 🙂 practice makes perfect - start small! If anyone knows anyone whose really Amish to tell me the secrets let me know 😉lol

Made a sourdough pizza last night, I just used the regular sourdough recipe I normally use :
* 250 g active sourdough starter
* 725 g warm water
* 1000 g unbleached flour
* 25 g salt
I’m gonna try just a few tweaks next time and will use my stone, I was in a hurry last night 🤣 practice makes perfect!
Early morning drop off Kennedy Farm today! They open at 2! Y’all get some sourdough goodies. Also, they have wonderful beef tallow, eggs, fresh local meat, natural candles, homemade dishwasher detergent that I absolutely love and highly recommend and all kinds of other natural goodies! Stop by, they are only a few minutes from Walmart down Ijames Church! ❤️
