I was gone for a minute but I'm back now ✨️

Life happens, we get tired, we get caught up--
But sourdough is always my way to re-center myself at home.
I'm creating.
I'm in my feminine energy.
I'm relaxed.
I'm happy.
I'm anxious.
Dopamine is rushing to my brain watching my hands do the work to then reap the reward.

Typical lunch in my little world ✨️
Italian herb and cheese toasted sourdough with protein pasta & marinara sauce + cottage cheese (blended) with of course a generous amount of sprinkle cheese. Not pictured are the grapes I ate waiting for this to cook 😭🤣

It doesn't always have to be perfect but this satisfied me, refueled my body after a couple days of hard workouts, and set me up for a good day ahead 🩷

Keeping Courtney Ritter fueled for all the heavy lifting we do 😈🩷✨️🏋️‍♀️

Spring has sprung in my heart and home and my loaves will be a reflection of that 🩷🌸🌺🌼🍀
