This Girls Yoga & Art program is intended to integrate expressive modalities to provide young girls with tools to help calm, focus, and release negative energies. Led by an Art Therapist also certified in teaching kids yoga whose goal is to bring awareness and empowerment to young girls and kids.

Connecting with oneself through art and meditation helps kids to become more aware of themselves, gain tools to focus and calm, and feel empowered!!
