KMC Active hosts three locations for our CrossFit KMC program: Monticello, Atwood, and Cerro Gordo (Civic Center). The Civic Center in Cerro Gordo is located at 231 E South St.

We have the pleasure of teaming up with the Monticello High School Cross Country team for a summer of fun!

Our team specific program is designed to provide athletes with functional movement training mixed with injury prevention. Our professional coaches and athletic trainers run a 60 minute program once a week exposing them to movements that challenge them but reinforce proper movement mechanics.

Summers with the KMC Active crew are fun, challenging, and effective for your children. Our job is to foster a positive relationship with exercise while promoting growth in strength, speed, and coordination.

Each program we offer has a specific focus. From sports performance to general physical fitness, our staff will make sure every athlete sees measurable progress.
