In the beginning, some people get discouraged because it seems hard to sit in meditation and mind keeps flooding with thoughts, but when we meditate even when it doesn't seem to be working, slowly our mind gets trained to calm down.
After a while, our mind learns to go into deeper and shorter meditation and we feel more rejuvenated.
Meditation is like anything else we learn in life. We have to train our mind to get used to it. After some time it becomes our second nature and we start to enjoy it. It's okay to feel frustrated in the beginning, but don't quit because there's no better cure for stress than meditation!
