Post 3 Softball-Hacker

Post 3 12u and 16u is having tryouts in next couple of weeks. I know there’s a lot of teams in this area and parents have a lot to take in.
Here’s some insight
It’s a great culture. Only 2 teams, maybe a third for the organization to manage.
Same person in charge of organization since the start. Same head choices over the past years. Returning players every year.
Practice twice a week inside during winter and outside during summer.
12u did 9 tournaments this season, with one of the lowest team fees around.
Some tournaments we do are tougher than others to try and help the girls get better.
We work around rec ball, middle school ball, and even some of our players sub for other teams with no questions asked or punishment. We encourage our players to play more and try different teams to see tougher competition.
There are great teams in the area and great people. Just have to attend some try outs and find them.
