This wonderful client wanted to be able to utilize more of the yard area and allow space for the pups, grilling and socializing so we removed the existing window, installed a sliding glass door, added a composite deck and matched and extended the vinyl fencing. This lake front rebuild turned out absolutely amazing for some wonderful clients! Check out the transformation! This rebuild included a new porch, lakefront windows, new flooring, shiplap, new bathroom and an added 1/2 bath, loft, completely new kitchen and living space with fireplace that was completely flip flopped from the original home, a new deck/outdoor area, new siding, doors, windows and so much more!

Today we received some excellent news on our newest home. The ACH (air changes per hour) score of 1-3 is most desirable but not all contractors achieve this number. We are happy to report that our ACH score was 1.2 and our Professional Energy Assessor was more than impressed with the outcome of our Blower Test as are we! 💨
