Congrats to our 11-12 girls relay on getting 3rd place at Open Water State!

Tomorrow mornings practice will be at Nassau Swim Club from 8-10. This practice will be available for silver plus and gold. We will make the call on the afternoon practice times/location (available to all groups) tomorrow. Please continue to check your emails for updates.

We are moving morning practice Monday 6/22 to Nassau Swim Club. Practice will still be 6am-7:30am in the morning. Coach Lauren and Erica will be running practice in the morning.
