Cake Fite

Things have really calmed down at Fite Club, so I'm writing out my Easter and Mother's Day menus. 🍰🧁🍫
Mr. Cake Fite is beginning to walk again, 4 months later, and I've started picking up a few shifts at my job again. We're getting there! We did have a rather catastrophic plumbing emergency that put our lives on hold for about 6 weeks by the time plumbing and flooring was repaired, but all of that seems to be behind us now, and we're hoping that spring will be our season. 🤞

I didn't think to take pictures of the soups, but the desserts for tonight's dinner party were cherry pie, gluten-free bread pudding, and gluten-free funfetti cake.
