Right here in my home state of Virginia, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Inn at Little Washington is a legendary, Michelin-star culinary destination celebrated for Chef Patrick O’Connell’s whimsical and exquisite, regionally inspired gastronomy. Ciaran and I will be staying at the beautiful Inn, enjoying afternoon tea, a tour of the grounds, a full culinary experience at dinner, as well as a breakfast before we head back home.
