A handful of our member companies were all bringing on Coastal Carolina University interns this semester. Instead of leaving them scattered at random floating desks, we set up a dedicated intern workspace at the hub.

The result is a natural collision point. Now, interns from different startups are working side-by-side, absorbing real entrepreneurial agility from local professionals, and building relationships that go beyond the clock (including planning trips to Boathouse). This isn't a traditional, isolated corporate gig. It is a real working environment where local talent gets plugged straight into the center of our market.
