Monsey is an 8-year-old sweetheart who was recently surrendered by his owner. Like so many dogs in his situation, he’s a bit confused about why he’s suddenly living in a noisy kennel insteadPets at Nacogdoches Animal Shelter, Monsey has remained incredibly calm, gentle, and friendly. He would love nothing more than a quiet place to relax and a family to call his own.
Come meet Monsey at Nacogdoches Animal Shelter, open Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Tomorrow is a big day for Cross. 🐾❤️
Cross is heading downtown to practice one of his favorite things—meeting new people while working on his leash skills.
Every calm walk, kind greeting, and gentle pet helps build his confidence and prepares him for life with his future family.

Meet Baby Blu, the newest member of Paws4Nac's Cry Baby Crew!
When the amazing staff at Pets at Nacogdoches Animal Shelter alerted us that a tiny neonatal kitten needed immediate help, one of our dedicated Cry Baby Crew volunteers sprang into action.
Baby Blu has now been safely picked up from the shelter and is warm, loved, and receiving the around-the-clock care that fragile bottle babies need to survive.
These tiny lives depend on compassionate people willing to answer the call. We're so grateful for our volunteers who make miracles like this possible, one feeding at a time.

Please consider becoming a volunteer for the Cry Baby Crew. You do not have to bottle feed, some of the kittens at the shelter are eating on their own but are small and fragile. We have a very special mama cat "Mia" at the shelter who would love a quiet, comfortable place to care for her four adorable kittens. If you can help and foster her until the kittens are a bit bigger, we can then have momma spayed and the entire family placed for adoption or send our vibes out to our favorite rescue partners.
