I take my morning routine very seriously. 😅
What’s your favorite breakfast? I rotate between things - usually some form of egg, greens, avocado and dairy. Fruit and whole grains for fiber - also trying to incorporate beans.
Summer here we come! 👩🏻🍳👨🏼🍳 our”Nantucket summer” is a bit different. 😆 It’s go go go for 3 months. Between cheffing, caring for our orchard (we should have fruit available this summer!) and me sneaking in photo sessions where I can, beach days are few and far between. But we love what we do and love tha we get to call this tiny island our home year-round.
