Best Anti-inflammatory Juice Recipe with Turmeric
1 cup of swiss chard
1 cup of spinach
1 large cucumber
1 stalk of celery
1 inch piece of fresh turmeric root
1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1 red delicious apple
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 lemon, peeled
Nutrient Information:
Turmeric: Vitamins: Vitamin C, vitamin B6, and vitamin D. Minerals: Calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, and potassium Other compounds: Omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, antioxidants, and flavonoid
Ginger: Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Folate, Choline, Selenium.
Spinach: Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, folate, magnesium and potassium.
