We're thrilled to support youth organisations. Giving back matters, and this year, we've reached out and donated to Peterborough Sea Cadets, a fantastic, well-deserved group of cadets and volunteers.

Cadet organisations offer a fantastic opportunity for the younger members of our society to participate in such a diverse range of activities. These activities are things they might not usually get to experience and opportunities that help them develop goals, ambitions, confidence, and self-belief.

Unfortunately, today's youth organisations are woefully underfunded and desperately need our support, be it financial or time. We have a responsibility to our society, and sitting back and leaving it to others simply needs to be fixed. Too many youth groups are being lost due to community apathy.

So, this year, let's stop the pointless talking and make a difference. Let's show tomorrow's adults that we care about them and stand behind them.

Oh, did you know that many thousands of dedicated volunteers work all day and then donate their spare time to make a tangible difference? They're not sitting here reading social media posts. They rush home, grabbing food before running out the door to make a difference. They do this to give those opportunities I mentioned above. They care for your kids, so get up, get out, and support them in return!

Please donate to a youth organisation and help make their lives just that little bit easier. Pick a group, donate, and encourage others to do the same. Let's be the change that's needed. Let's not leave it to others.

Let's make it a great Christmas.
