On an inspection recently and the AC was not running properly. When I opened up the electrical panel the breaker seemed to be tripped. After taking off the panel I noticed the wire that goes into the breaker for the AC was completely scorched and melted. I immediately turned the breaker off and alerted the seller so that they could call for an electrician and an HVAC company to come out asap for repair. This is just one of the many reasons that you should never skip your home inspection!

Joe the Home Pro is owned and operated by Joe Nugent. Originally from Ohio, Joe attended Xavier University and has worked in the hospitality and service industry for his entire professional career. Joe was inspired to launch his company after hearing stories about people who were taken advantage of by unscrupulous service providers. He believes in treating people fairly and providing value in everything he does.
