Crochet by Ginger
Hey lovelies! Im Shelby, mom of 4 and two pups, wife to my amazing and supportive man, and a crocheter. I hope you join me 💕
Can we normalize yarn storage that isn’t Pinterest-perfect? 🧶😂
Sometimes it’s beautiful shelves with rainbow skeins… and sometimes it’s reusable bags, random bins, totes tucked in closets, and a basket that’s definitely overflowing.
The truth is, your yarn doesn’t have to be aesthetic to create something beautiful. Every skein represents a future project, a spark of creativity, or a little bit of peace after a long day.
Your crochet journey doesn’t have to look trendy to be valid. Keep making, keep creating, and don’t let social media convince you that your craft room has to be perfect before you can enjoy it. 💜
POV: You ask a crocheter what they want… and the answer is always the same 😂🧶
Who are we? ✨ CROCHETERS ✨
What do we want? MORE YARN.
What are we going to do with it? 🤷♀️ We don’t know… but we definitely needed it. 😂
Because every skein has “potential,” every color is “too pretty to leave behind,” and every project starts with “I already have the perfect pattern for this.” (Spoiler: we probably don’t. 😅)
Tag your yarn-loving bestie who understands the struggle 🧶💕
One of my favorite parts of making crochet amigurumi? Hand-painting the safety eyes! 🎨👀
It’s a tiny detail that makes a huge difference. From adding sparkles and highlights to creating unique colors and expressions, every pair gets its own personality before finding its forever home. 🧶✨
No two creations are exactly alike, and that’s the magic of handmade. ❤️
Who knew such little eyes could bring so much character to a crochet friend? 🥹
🌻🧶 Farmer’s Market days are some of my favorites! There’s just something special about spending the morning surrounded by local makers, fresh finds, and a community that chooses to shop small. 💜
Every crochet plushie, turtle, octopus, chicken, and handmade creation in my booth started as a pile of yarn and a lot of love. Seeing people stop, smile, and find a new little friend to take home makes all those hours with a crochet hook worth it. 🐢🐙🐔
If you’re out at a market this season, take a stroll through the vendor booths, meet the artists, and support the small businesses that pour their hearts into what they create. Your purchase means more than you know. ✨
Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, said hello, shared a kind word, or took home a handmade treasure. You help keep this dream growing one stitch at a time. 🧵💕
🧶🌻💜
