ARH (Appalachian Regional Healthcare) sent out a call for volunteers after the devastating floods in Eastern Kentucky and some of our very own Kentucky boys: Jared Weddle, Baker Dodge, Rob Goodknight, and Steve Givan answered without hesitation!

Don’t let their smiles fool you, these guys earned their dinner cleaning up flood damage in an older couple’s basement in Letcher County Kentucky last Monday.

They always go the extra mile to get the job done whether it’s in a hospital renovation or flooded basement – way to go fellas you make us proud!

It’s been said that you can’t make new old friends, but you sure can wish them all the best when they get to ride off into the sunset, or in Mike Reed’s case, into the music studio.

Mike joined H&H as an installer in 1993. To say he’s worn a lot of hats since then would be an understatement. He’s also been a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, a tiger walker (if you know, you know) and recently our Chief Estimator, but most importantly, an integral part of our success these last 29 years.

We are going to miss him, but just like those who retired before him, I think he’s gonna be just fine and I’ll bet you can find his latest music project on Youtube.
