Earlier this month, a group of over 20 volunteers, including my little family came to help bring love and hope and build a roof for this wonderful community in The DR! This humanitarian efforts was filled with unforgettable, life-changing experiences for all involved!

We’re thrilled to report the fun is just beginning. But the needs are still great. Your contribution will make a tremendous difference in the lives of these Haitian children who live without most of the privileges that we enjoy, including the chance to get an education. With your help, we can help pave a road for them to have access to pathways and resources that previously was beyond reach.

I’ve seen sadness. I’ve seen hopelessness. This is NOT what I experienced in Anamuya. Their neighborhood and mine look completely different. The disparity between the two is blinding for the eyes. But not for the heart. I felt joy here. Life being lived. An energy. LOVE! This community of Haitians is powerful! It’s changed me. I’m getting involved because I want some of the balanced restored.
Since being home, I’m restless. Im aching to get The Center built for them. I can’t do it on my own. Not everyone is called to the same cause, I get that. But if you want your money to do good, this is it! Funds will be put to work early November and full documentation of how its being used will be shared during that time.
