Built around a combination of VALD ForceDecks testing and athlete-reported wellness data, GRIT Readiness helps athletes connect the dots between how they feel, how they perform, and how they recover.
In less than a minute, athletes complete a simple readiness check-in covering key factors such as sleep, soreness, fatigue, stress, and overall recovery. That information is then paired with objective performance data collected through a simple Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) to create a clear picture of how prepared the athlete is for the day ahead.
The output is simple.

You check in, hit a quick jump, and we pair how you’re feeling with what your body is actually showing that day.
🚦Your GRIT Readiness shows up as a simple color system tied to your score:
Green = full go.
Yellow = manage it.
Red = let’s get right.
That score is built from how you feel and what your body is producing, and it’s what guides your entire session.
We’re combining subjective readiness — how you feel, soreness, fatigue — with objective outputs like force, power, and reactive metrics to give a clear picture of where you’re at in real time.
From there, your session isn’t random. It’s better guided — and you’re more informed.

NFL Draft Prep. Real Work. Real Data. Real Results.
With the NFL Draft happening tomorrow, we wanted to drop some of the insights from our 2026 Draft Prep Class in partnership with Grossetti Performance. 🤝
This was measured, intentional development built for the highest level.
Every athlete came in with a goal:
➡️ Maximize output
➡️ Eliminate inefficiencies
➡️ Show up when it matters
What we proved:
Even athletes preparing for the NFL Draft — the highest level —
still have percentages to gain.
And those percentages?
They’re the difference.
Not from doing more.
From doing the right things, at the right time, with intention.
