We’re so excited to have Essex local and Assistant Principal Amy D’Anna re-join the Sound Runner Racing family. From her love of scenic lake and ocean runs to her favorite Mid-Winter 10 Mile Classic, Amy brings both passion and experience to the team. A longtime endurance athlete, she spent 18 years in triathlons—including multiple Lake Placid finishes—after an unforgettable first race that sparked it all.
Whether she’s crushing a strong negative split at the Silvermine 25K, exploring new coffee shops, or enjoying miles without music (unless it’s 90s hip hop on the treadmill!), Amy embodies the joy and spirit of the sport. We can’t wait to see all she accomplishes—welcome, Amy! 🏃‍♀️
