Happy Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎

The past year offered the opportunity to shed… a lot.

- Work that no longer felt aligned.
- Beliefs that weren’t leading me where my heart wanted to go.
- Relationships that felt stale and stagnant.

Somewhere in this shedding, I realized something deeper happening: I stopped trying to fix myself, and accepted myself as the whole and complete human that I am.

While I know I will always be growing and improving; it’s not because I need to fix anything, but rather, because I want to meet who I could become.

My evolution is based on desire, not performance.

No longer am I lacking or trying to prove my worth to others in the hope for validation. My power feels more central, more grounded and more secure.

Sure, I may have days where I slip back into old patterns and thinking, but this is not where I create from. I create from wholeness, knowing that all is divinely guided and meant for my evolution.

Let this be your year of courage - of knowing you already have everything that you need. We can stop chasing and start letting life meet us exactly where we are.

What did you shed in the last year?
How did this make space for a new possibility?

Yesterday, we continued The Ascension and brought our attention and focus to the Root Chakra.

I decided to move our call by a day because I got unexpectedly asked to honor a commitment that I didn’t even realize I had made. In that moment, I felt stuck between two things I really wanted to honor - the space within this container and the responsibilities of life.

I couldn’t be in two places at once.

Instead of forcing it, or feeling chaotic or ungrounded, I had the opportunity to practice exactly what the root chakra teaches:

✨ Finding stability in the fluidity of life. ✨

We often think stability means everything is fixed, predictable and perfectly planned, but true stability is not rigid - it’s trusting yourself to move though life and that you are fully supported.

The Root Chakra is about safety, support and our right to be here. It’s the foundation that reminds us that even when plans shift, even when things feel uncertain, life is still holding us.

Honoring our commitments.
Giving and receiving grace.
Trusting that support exists even when things don’t go exactly as expected.

That *is* root chakra work.

I’m so grateful for this group that understands flow, our humanness and real growth doesn’t happen in perfect conditions, it happens in real life.

How does stability show up for you?
