I wished I knew these symptoms could be the signs of perimenopausal symptoms. I had many of these symptoms but because I didn’t have hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain or sleep quality decline, I was not aware of the biological shifts taken place.
What would I have done if I knew?
I’d have started bio identical HRT 10 years ago, also I’d have started targeted metabolic health care. Maybe I could spend more time and money on gut health than anti/aging treatments. And I’d definitely would have had a stress care practitioner to transform my lifestyle choices to reduce stress at all costs because stress would steal my youth, clarity, energy to create amazing life experiences, and stress would demolish my metabolic health and brain function, which is the root cause of all chronic diseases.
