Meet Christopher D. Thomas — and pay attention to how his title changed, because it tells you everything about who he is.
For years, he was known as “The BrandMaker.” He started his first business at 15. He built his expertise through corporate and government environments. He worked with Rolls-Royce, Coca-Cola, American Express, the City of Atlanta, and dozens of other organizations across 50+ sectors. The recognition was real.
But the conversations he kept having with senior leaders pointed to something deeper than branding. The issue wasn’t how organizations were seen. It was whether they could hold together as complexity increased.
So he made a decision: let the work evolve.
Today Christopher is known as The Legacy Architect — Founder of Inmmgroup, a private business architecture firm that works at the intersection of strategy, positioning, and governance. He’s not engaged to make organizations look better. He’s engaged when what has already been built is at risk of becoming
misaligned as the stakes grow.
“Legacy isn’t about recognition. It’s about whether what you’ve built can hold together as the stakes
increase.”
From BrandMaker to Legacy Architect. Every decision pointed toward structure.

🚨 Be honest — how many decisions landed back in YOUR inbox this week that shouldn’t have?
It happens in businesses. In nonprofits. In households. One person ends up absorbing everything because there’s no real system to hold the weight of the decisions that matter.
And the standard advice — “just delegate more” — doesn’t fix it. Delegation without a framework is just redistribution of confusion.
We break down exactly why this happens, what it costs you, and how to build a system that finally frees you to lead at the level your responsibilities demand.

Meet M. Khurram Baig...and before we tell you what he does, let us tell you who he is.
He immigrated from Hyderabad, India as a child and grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University, where he was inducted into the College Hall of Fame and selected as his senior class commencement speaker. Then he turned down multiple law school acceptances to attend Howard University School of Law...because he wanted to be trained in a tradition of fighting for communities that needed fighters.
After nearly a decade of practicing at established Georgia firms, he stopped and asked himself a question that would change everything: Why am I practicing law?
The answer was clear. He founded The Baig Firm in 2012...built around a mission to serve Muslim and South Asian families and business owners in Georgia who deserve a legal partner who truly understands their world.
But Khurram's impact doesn't stop at the office door. He has led the South Asian Bar Association of Georgia, the Georgia Association of Muslim Lawyers, and served on the board of New American Pathways...an organization supporting refugees building new lives in Georgia. He sits on the Advisory Board for the Emory University Center for Ethics. He shows up.
"Every decision either moves you closer to the person you're meant to be, or further away. I've always tried to choose closer."
That's a DECISION Maker. Read his full story below. ■■
