Happy Monday! I apologize for the radio silence! I had a yucky cold (not Covid!) that just kept hanging on so I have been doing a lot of rest and recovery! With the cold weather moving in I am in the mood for some helathy, yummy and warm comfort food! I will be making my sweet and spicy turkey stew! This is slow cooked with ground turkey, sweet potatoes, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, Bragg's liquid aminos and spices. It is the perfect blend and sweet with a little bit of spice! Goes great over cauliflower or regular rice and add in some raw spinach when heating up for a bit of greens! So yummy! Let me know by 3pm Tuesday for pick up after 3 on Wednesday!

Happy Monday! After a couple crazy weekends of traveling I am back! This week’s menu:

Homemade meatballs, baked (not fried) and simmered in my homemade sauce for hours!
Baked ziti with both ricotta and mozzarella cheeses is always a hit with the kids and opt in to add some Italian sausage bites folded into the ziti for some extra protein and yumminess!

Let me know your orders by 3pm Tuesday for pick up Wednesday after 4pm!

Meatballs- beef or Turkey- 1lb (7-8 balls) and 2 cups homemade sauce- $16 (add fresh mozzarella center for $4/lb)
9x12 tray baked ziti- $16- add sausage for $4

Happy Monday! With the colder weather coming I am harvesting the last of my tomatoes and basil so this week’s menu includes Baked Caprese Chicken- the chicken is first steeped in a balsamic based marinade and then roasted in the oven with fresh picked tomatoes. It is then finished with fresh mozzarella and basil on top! Pair with my yummy Spinach Salad topped with cucumber, tomato, avocado, blueberries, strawberries,goat cheese, blanched almonds and turkey bacon! So yummy!
In addition, as always, I have slow simmered turkey or beef meatballs with homemade sauce!
Orders in by 3pm Tuesday for Wednesday pick up after 4pm!
