Yesterday January 19th 2026, on Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Rememberance Service I had the pleasure of being the Mistress of Ceremonies. This was a very special moment as it also was my 45th birthday. 🙏🏾✨️ With GOD's grace and favor.
The day was filled with inspiration, songs, poetry and honors of those who serve unwavering. There was a message to be heard from each speaker, artist and the children who performed.
Moments of stregnth through these dark hours
we are currently faced with. The destruction of a nation that we thought we'll never see the day in this generation. But still I walked away encouraged that there are fighters within us all to see us through. There also lies a generation of leaders in our footsteps. And for that I remain hopeful.
Thank You Dr.Martin Luther King for the blueprint. May we continue to lean on your legacy to rise above and beyond.
