You can’t expect people to perform in a system that doesn’t exist. Build the system first. Then evaluate the people.
Every job I ever walked into — no training. No system. No SOPs. Just a job title and a goal. Most people complain about that. I just got to work. But not everyone is wired that way. That’s exactly why systems exist — so you don’t need to be me for your business to run.
