Rose Ice Cream 🌹🍦

Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped pistachios or rose petals for garnish

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Add the rose water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Serve the rose ice cream in bowls, garnished with chopped pistachios or rose petals if desired.
