then sit down and shut up.

A little tough love this morning for the all the people constantly talking about what they want, but never doing the necessary work to get it.

Where there's a will, there's a way. Stop talking. Start doing.

A lil friendly reminder that unless you can complete yourself on your own, no other human being can do that for you ‼️

I see a lot of people touting their partners as their other half when in reality, you're using that person to fill a void you haven't dealt with. 🚫

Solitude is beautiful. Loving yourself is beautiful. Completing yourself is beautiful.

Then, when all said is done, adding people to your life is beautiful. 🤍

Welcoming 29 with a grateful heart. ❤️

I will always be the first to preach that everything happens for a reason, but over the course of my 28th year, I really questioned the reasons. However, looking back, I'm happy with the way my life is unfolding. I'm my own best friend, my own favorite person, my own hypeman, and my own accountability partner. I see and value everything about me that makes me remarkable, and I understand that even without those qualities, I'd still be worthy.

Life's a process of learning and growing, which I'm doing everyday. My only goal is to be an improved version of who I was yesterday and to find happiness in all the small moments. Thankful for everyone and everything I've experienced the last 28 revolutions.

I've been abundantly blessed in this one lifetime. Couldn't ask for more. 🙏🏽
