More than just a club, Tobago football giants Lambeau FC is a community that has produced world-class talent over the years, on a national and international level.
As the club embarks on the youth development system, focusing on technique, playing with speed, having a vision for the game on the pitch. Off the pitch, coach Curtis Moses knows in other for the next generation to break into a world-class player; mindset is 95% key. The academy vision through personal development will educate, strengthen the philosophy of the youth, and prepare them to be mentally strong in every aspect to build a stronger community for tomorrow.

We must have daily non-negotiable habits to keep our force and discipline.

One of my mentors once said: If you are not growing mentally & physically each day, you are dying each day. 💭

There is no secret:

• I can enhance my life to live a happier, healthier, more weather life.

• or I can stick with the bit of knowledge I know, not educate myself more, stop being health-conscious, have a poor mindset, poor perception of life.

I can't have both.

We either GROW or DIE.

• consistency, persistence, the pursuit of being better than I was yesterday.

•7-8 hours of sleep to perform at a high level for 16 hours.
•Meditation
•Dailiy affirmations
•Gratitude
•Read a book( few pages )
•Train every day ( get up and move)
•Eat in a more healthy manner
•No alcohol
•look over goals first thing in the AM & last In the PM.

Once you believe, make it a habit, the change becomes real.
