A former All-American track and field athlete and Purdue University alumnus, Roland earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees there. After a successful 13-year career at ExxonMobil, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, steadily growing his McDonald's business.
A passionate philanthropist, Roland has donated significantly to education, including a $2 million gift to Purdue University, where the Roland G. Parrish Library of Management and Economics now stands. Roland’s fireside chat will offer unique insights into his entrepreneurial journey, resilience, and the importance of community impact.
